Southern Oregon Sports & Spine moved into their new offices at 240 E. Hersey St., Suite 0, in Ashland. We also replaced our old logo with new one with a more modern look. Our new tagline is “Unleashing Movement for the Sport of Life”!
Dr. Matt Terreri was featured in the April issue of Locals Guide.
An interview with Dr. Marc Heller appeared in the March 2012 Locals Guide.
Dr. Marc Heller is among the first 12 chiropractors certified by the state of Oregon to practice myofascial dry needling. Dry needling – using thin, solid (acupuncture-style) needles in muscle fascia and joint areas – is a new and exciting way to help reduce your pain, break the pain cycle, and encourage your tissues to relax and heal. The needles are almost painless, and the therapy is a big advance.
After taking several recent rehabilitation courses, Marc Heller was tested and certified as a full member of the International Society of Clinical Rehabilitation Specialists.
Marc Heller and Matt Terreri are voted Best Chiropractors by the readers of the Ashland Sneak Preview!
I don’t usually include non-musculoskeletal articles, but this article from the New York Times is profound. It addresses medical over-treatment, the human costs of lives extended beyond the ideal, and how the system is set up to push it, even when well-intentioned patients and doctors don’t want it.
YOUR FAVORITE CHIROPRACTORS!
Dr. Marc and Dr. Matt earned 1st and 3rd place respectively as your Favorite Chiropractors in a recent survey by Oregon Healthy Living magazine, a publication of the Medford Mail Tribune. THANK YOU!

Dr. Marc Heller celebrates 30 years of providing his wonderful care to our community!
We welcome Michelle Kistler, PT to our team! Our clinic has always valued soft tissue work and rehabilitation as part of more complete musculoskeletal care. Having a licensed experienced physical therapist on our team will allow us to provide more comprehensive care. We are excited to offer this option to our patients!
